Old School Values
Dear Friends
I have sought counsel from many of fellow republicans and have decided to once again seek election for Clermont County Commissioners.
As I begin my campaign for election as Clermont County Commissioner, one of my main concerns is for our party’s candidate to hold the beliefs of the Republican Party, which distinguishes us from our Democratic counter parts. Some may think it is old fashioned in today’s climate, but I believe in the “right to life”; “in God we trust” and fiscal conservative policies.
I believe the most and responsive government is government closest to the people. I have spent the last eight years serving the people at the grass roots level. I believe this has given me a better understanding of the entire county, all townships and villages. During this time I have seen how government works, seeing its strengths and weaknesses.
Like you, open government is important to me. I believe that everyone has a right to hear the facts and to have a voice before a decision is made. That is a true example of Democracy.
We must have leadership with experience during these challenging times. During my terms as Batavia Township Trustee, I have relied on my business background to assure that we operate as efficiently as possible.
I ask you to carefully compare the qualifications, business experiences and service to our community of myself and each candidate. I have worked hard for the residents of Batavia Township for the last eight years and I would consider it an honor to serve the people of Clermont County.
Sincerely,

ARCHIE WILSON
